1. Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
To qualify, the student must not have completed more than 20% of the course content.
Refunds will not be granted if:
The course is already completed or accessed significantly.
Login details were shared with others.
Refund is requested simply due to change of mind.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Registration/processing fees (if any) are non-refundable.
Any promotional/discounted enrollments may not be eligible for a refund.
3. Process for Refund
Send a refund request to Info@learnmarket.online with your registered email ID and payment details.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
4. Course Access After Refund
Once a refund is issued, your course access will be terminated immediately.
